The company's corporate policy of continuous Research & Development and pro-active strategic Investment Planning in the quest for excellence has led to innovative technological developments. Its achievements include the development of unique chemical and physical processes to improve fibre characteristics that have, in turn led to specialisations within the core business of fibre treatment and dyeing.

The company has developed and produced a number of unique, specialist application wool-based products for major overseas industrial end-users.

L&B Williams Nominees Pty Ltd are also involved in engineering and re-engineering fibre processing machinery: developing overseas manufactures equipment so as to extend and exceed design specifications. The company designed, built and has in commission a fully operational, independent production line for the manufacture of value added, non woven fibre products.

In accordance with its strategic planning policy L&B Williams is currently researching and developing its non-woven products, to establish domestic and overseas markets for this product, to investigate overseas markets for the non-woven products and to extend its core business.
