Mantzaris Fisheries provides a regular supply to local markets as well as exporting substantial quantities to Japan, U.S.A, Europe, Hong Kong, China, and other parts of Asia.

Mantzaris Fisheries is currently the largest producer of Arrow Squid products in Australia and one of the top producers of Scallops for European markets and continue to be actively invoved in the production and sale of fish fillets.

Mantzaris Fisheries purchased a modern processing facility in 1995 and recently upgraded all of their production lines. This processing plant is also export registrated with the European Economic Community and the United States.
