Bye Bye Lisa.......Hello Belinda

Reed Street recently said farewell to Lisa Graham ( longtime, original singer and one of the three founding Reed Street members). Lisa has decided after many fun years and stacks of gigs to hang up her microphone and explore some of her other dreams. Reed Street will miss her, her tunes and her laughs dearly.

Taking over from Lisa is longtime Reed Street friend, Belinda King. Belinda has been a popular singer in various band for many years in Geelong. Belinda has joined Reed Street after her former band "Off the Record" has taken a break from performing.

Betty Bolac

Well It has been a while since this page has been updated and it has been a while since the band has been seen around, but I'm glad to say we are back into it at full steam. Lisa has now finished her stint playing "Betty Bolac" in the locally written and performed production of "Jaffa" which was running at GPAC. The show went well and our Lisa was fantastic (as usual). Last weekend was a busy one, Friday night saw us playing at a Deb Ball for North Geelong High and Saturday saw us up in the Big smoke playing for the Royal Melbourne Yacht Squadron, Those Yachtie's sure know how to party. We will post a photo of the night soon.

See ya Shaz...

The news of the moment is our drummer extraordinaire Sharon, has left to travel around Australia with her boyfriend Jim. She has been a fantastic member of Reed Street and will be sorely missed; thanks for the lollies Shaz! Taking over the reigns of drumming duties will be Hilton Winiecki, (yes he is Aarons brother). Hiltons CV is quite impressive with his most notable band "Furblender", who have played at the "Offshore" festival and recorded albums overseas. Hilton will bring many influences to the band including his many years teaching drums.

Welcome to Reed Street Hilton!.
