If after visiting a site you like the look of it, consider
adding it to your own personal Bookmarks List in your Browser.
Both Netcape and Internet Explorer allow you to sort, categorise
and edit your Bookmarks. Consider using this function to order your own
list.
Each site is listed by the site name followed by the URL, (Universal Resource
Location or "address"). The URL is the link to the site.
If you are unable to access a site because it is no longer at that URL,
then you might like to do a search on the Site Name OR alternatively you could
copy the URL link and paste it into the Location Bar in your browser. Once
you have pasted it in then hit the Enter or Return Key. If you still have
no luck then you could try erasing some of the URL and again hitting the Enter
Key.
In most cases the site you are linking to will open in the frame where you
are reading this message. Should you wish to view the site in it's own window
then on a PC you only need to position the cursor in the window you wish to
view. Next Click the right mouse button and a menu will open up. Selecting
the "Open Frame In New Window" will open up site in a new browser
window.
To enable quicker viewing think about using tools to "download"
the site, or parts of it, to install on your machine or server.
I will attempt to update the list at least four times a year, (during the
school vacation), however if you do find links that are down please let me
know ASAP.
If you find sites that you think should be added to the list again please
email me.
